Establishment, History and Ownership

Mr. Poul Christensen founded the Company in Nakskov on the southern danish island of Lolland in 1918 as a family company. In 1982 the Owner converted the Company into a limited company, all shares held by family members of the Founder.

Over the years the Company contributed to gaining professional background by a number of previously employed brokers acting today from different sale and purchase organisatiuons in Denmark, Germany, Poland, The Netherlands, Russia.

Today, the Company is owned  by its managing director, Mr. Borys Krejniuk, via BFK Holding  ApS. He has a thirty years history with the Company developing its market connections in Poland, Russia, Ukraine and the Baltic States.

Residence

The head office is since 1988 located in the capital of Denmark, Copenhagen.

Management

The Management consists of Managing Director,  Mr. Borys Krejniuk,  working out of the Headoffice in Copenhagen.

The Company is involved in the following activities on a world-wide basis with focus on Denmark/Scandinavia, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia and the Baltic States:
